A field-ops console built for Yutka.
Two of Yutka Fence's stickiest workflows — bill-of-materials estimating and estimate/install dispatch — reimagined as a single connected console. Purpose-built for the SE Wisconsin and Northern Illinois service area, with the veteran fencer's rules baked in and AI proposing the moves before anyone drags a card.
Integrates with QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, ArcSite and Scheduling Pro (mocked in this prototype — real hooks come next).

Module A
Live BOM Estimator
Draw the fence on the property in the truck. Runs, gates, and posts turn into a bill of materials in real time — veteran waste rules, long-run setup fees, and Good/Better/Best options included. No more office reconciliation. Ask AI to review the estimate and it flags what's missing before it goes to the customer.
- SVG property sketch with end posts, corner posts, gates
- Auto-computed BOM with the math shown per line
- AI review: 'no concrete for corners', 'missing gate hardware'
- Good / Better / Best material tabs on one drawing
- QuickBooks sales order + labor PO export (stub)

Module B
AI Dispatch Board
Replace the unassigned list with a real board — reps across the top, time across the day, drag-and-drop cards. Matt writes his rules in plain English (referral continuity, geography, specialties) and AI proposes tomorrow's schedule. Update a rule, re-run, keep tightening.
- Calendar-style board grouped by Outside Sales / Install
- Drag-and-drop assign, reassign, bulk-move for weather
- AI proposes assignments with per-lead rationale
- Editable rules retrain the model on the fly
- ServiceTitan / Scheduling Pro / HubSpot sync (stub)
